Reflecting on my career the most powerful and rewarding moments were when I helped organisations transform their teams and unlock capability they otherwise wouldn’t have. I am anchored by this passion to ignite workplaces and empower teams, individuals and careers; particularly of those impacted by systemic barriers. I am inspired by connections and what each and every one of us can achieve with the right environment, support and leadership.   

I have designed, lead and engaged teams in disruptive operating models and transformation through the enablement of innovative ways of working, technology and a hyper-focused lens on the ever-changing needs of the human experience.

After decades empowering and transforming teams to thrive, as well as helping organisations find, identify and engage the best talent, I have seen the interface of why our systems are letting us down and the pace of change is just way too slow - it needs to be accelerated.

Even with the most deliberate and best of intentions, we need more focus.
